It's four degrees this morning (feels like -3) and our pipes are frozen! Luckily I had enough bottled water in the house for my pot of tea and chuck's pot of coffee! And now what to do about a shower???...Here's a little guy who's braving it!

These are the lovely yarns that Toni sent along with a great big bag to hold them in made out of a vintage sweater, and so many other wonderful gifts for knitting while sitting with a cup of tea and a bar of chocolate, mmm...Thanks for all the great treats Toni! It feels great to return to active participation in blogland! Lisa had a wonderful idea to share with everyone why it is we blog...I am saving mine for January first, I think it would be a great way to ring in the New Year! Happy Monday everyone!

i'm back!

i came home to flowers and goodies from my sweetheart and a great big box of back tack wonderful goodness from toni! i will be posting pictures of her beautiful gift this weekend. for now i am still unpacking! i am certain i will be finished by saturday, because then it's on to projects and christmas! almost forgot to mention i met joy of scrapalicio while i was in seattle. i had a lovely time visiting with her and chatting about projects and life, what a wonderful lady!

1)finish unpacking my boxes in the garage, bathroom and studio.

2)go nuts at ikea.

3)finish my back-tack and send asap!!!

4)send all outstanding thank you cards and projects.

5)design christmas card with my sweetheart, print.

6)get to work finishing kquilt, photograph and post.

8)christmas shopping and tree trimming.

9)breathe, and be grateful.

10)count my blessings...mom's set to go for transplant!
